Can any help with a sound system!?
I need help deciding what kind of upgrades to do to my Churches sound system. Right now we have a very small 7 channel combo amp/mixer/Eq. It has worked so far, but we could use an upgrade. The church is a small catholic style building so the acoustics are great, (too good sometimes, we have a problem with feedback). Does anyone know what many churches are using and what is good and what i should stay away from? Also, do you know any online sites where i could get some training videos or something for our new sound guys? any help would be great!!
I can honestly tell you that a professional should be consulted. There are audio engineering firms that specialize in church acoustics.
A church is a different set up than anything you can image. Different than a club, concert hall or home theater. Consult a professional.
