buying a business problem?
I bought a pair of Numark AXIS 9 CD in March and met some problems with them. When you call the company i bought them, they informed me that they check out. I tried to figure out what the same problem with buying new cd's and try different burn speeds and programs, but had no chance. I just visited the second site and 1) I have not received a reply from the emails and phone calls last week because to "balance" until the two 20) records are now available. What I can do about sending these again, and it cost me 400 pounds and I think they deserve at least a refund due to the short time I've been (indicating a 1 year warranty with all equipment) I do not break a leg or the company closed forever and I'm done? Thanks

There is a possibility that the company entered in the administration in this case has little chance of recovering their money.
