Replacing a ceiling fan switch?
I have a ceiling fan with light in it and the switch has the light switch and the power level 3 for the fans, but I think it should be replaced because the light switch is high. I was in the local hardware / electrical workshop and available unit is a style switch instead of Low-Med-Hi-old for the fan. Will which is authorized to replace this? the only thing I noticed is that the new maximum is said 260 VA. Thanks in advance
The fan switch on the most? If so, you can find new places like Radio Shack or online at sites such as McMaster Carr or msc.com. Find a direct replacement and make it easier on you. Some of the department. Stores like Walmart carry replacements.
